Thank you for shopping at Veda Siri™. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality culinary ingredients, food colors, gels, and flavoring essences. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Conditions for Returns

Due to the food-grade and hygienic nature of culinary ingredients, we accept returns under the following specific conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be completely unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original premium state (unopened safety seal).
• All original price tags, safety seals, and labels must be intact and attached to the product.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Custom custom-blended flavors, or products with broken safety seals.
• Products purchased during special clearances or warehouse sales (unless received defective).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at Contact Page with your order number and photo proof of any defects/damages.
2. Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with return logistics instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our scheduled reverse pickup courier.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original unused state. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after our inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or store credit, if requested). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Veda Siri™ will cover all reverse logistics shipping costs if the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. For customer choice returns, a standard reverse courier fee of ₹ 50 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
